Stichting BuitenCultuur is a cultural foundation with ANBI status that gets people moving through culture. With its annual festival VLOED, the foundation brings the stories of Zandvoort to life in surprising ways. Festival VLOED brings art and culture to the people — on the street, in the dunes, on the beach and in unique indoor venues.
