Go on an adventure with Rein, the white dune rabbit

During this fun treasure hunt, you will walk through the heart of Zandvoort with Rein, the white dune rabbit. Rein accidentally jumped through a time hole and ended up in present-day Zandvoort — 200 years later! Everything looks different and his rabbit friends have disappeared without a trace. With your help, he will set out to investigate.
The route starts at the Zandvoorts Museum, where you can also pick up the route map, and takes you past special places and historic buildings in the village. Along the way, you will discover, step by step, how Zandvoort grew into a seaside resort over the course of 200 years.

The treasure hunt is ideal for families with children and can be done at your own pace. The route map can be picked up during the opening hours of the Zandvoorts Museum: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Reading, searching, looking, and walking together makes this a relaxing and adventurous outing.
And… will you manage to make Rein happy again at the end of the route and find his friend?
Come along, detective — Rein is counting on you!

Catering and program tip
The kids’ route ends at Badhuisplein, where the Roar Race also takes place. The louder you roar, the faster your race car goes. In other words, a spectacular ending to this treasure hunt.
And combine your visit to VLOED with a bite to eat and a drink at the Wereldse Smaken food truck festival.
